If you are wishing to learn how to include more seasonal produce  or you are wanting to expand your repertoire of plant-based recipes, this class will give you what you need. Join Chef Francoise as she exposes different ways to cook with Brussel sprouts and winter squash- all 100% vegan! First, we will start with shaved raw brussel sprout salad followed by a winter squash soup with brussel chips and cashew cream. For our entree, we'll enjoy winter squash & walnut pesto zucchini noodles. For dessert, we'll enjoy a winter-y squash-y chocolate-y cupcake with seasonal berries and coconut cream. She will also teach other favorite recipes like roasted eggplant and squash 'gratin' and Kung-pao brussel sprouts. Join us to see just how easy vegan cooking can be! **We are able to accommodate Gluten-Free diets in this class. Every dish is 100% vegan! We will learn new dishes, Eat a delicious lunch and have a little tour around this wonderful sustainable farm.  $45 per class or $150 for 4 class series
